We are looking for a dedicated Security Agent to join our team at Baoase Luxury Resort, a premier luxury resort that prides itself on exceptional guest service and a secure, welcoming environment.
MAIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor resort grounds, guest rooms, and public spaces to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
• Conduct regular patrols, responding promptly to any incidents or security-related concerns.
• Manage security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarms, to detect and prevent any suspicious activity.
• Provide excellent guest service by assisting with any security inquiries or needs.
• Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and disturbances, while following resort safety protocols.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in security or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm and focused during high-pressure situations.
• A professional, guest-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
