Sunset Souvenirs is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Retail Team Lead to join our team!

Will You Do?
-Work alongside the team to assist customers, recommend products, and process sales.
-Handle daily store tasks, including merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store presentation.
-Lead by example, coordinate and prioritize daily tasks, and keep the team organized.
-Ensure company procedures are followed, maintain store standards, and support loss prevention.
What Will You Bring?
-Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-A positive, customer-focused attitude with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset.
-At least 2 years of retail experience; leadership experience preferred.
-Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
-Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.Working Hours
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM and 10:30 PM.
Available shifts include:
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
9:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM
12:00/1:30 PM – 9:00/10:00/10:30 PM
5:00/6:00 PM – 9:00/10:00/10:30 PM
