We're looking for a professional, friendly & responsible Rental Agent who can guide customers confidently from booking to return.
THE ESSENTIALS
• Professional and friendly customer service
• A professional approach to customer questions, issues and complaints
• Assist customers and explain rental terms, insurance coverage and vehicle features
• Coordinate vehicle availability with cleaning and maintenance
• Answer phone calls, emails and walk-in inquiries
• Use rental software and maintain accurate records
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum age of 25 years
• Valid driver's license (B)
• SBO-level education or equivalent
• Available for shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules
• Punctual and reliable
• Strong customer service skills, friendly and approachable
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Good to fluent in Dutch, English and Spanish
