Job description: VACANCY - WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
SIS N.V. is looking for a dependable, energetic and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator who enjoys an active working environment. You will be an important part of our daily operation, helping ensure that goods move efficiently from our suppliers through our warehouse and on to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
• Pick up goods from suppliers and assist with customer deliveries when required.
• Receive, check and organize incoming merchandise.
• Verify quantities and products against purchase and customer orders.
• Sort, pick and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Organize warehouse, cooler and freezer inventory.
• Prepare, organize and secure pallets for delivery.
• Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Report shortages, damaged goods, incorrect products or other discrepancies immediately.
• Coordinate closely with the office, procurement and delivery team.
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized and ready for daily operations.
What We Are Looking For
• Good spoken English is required.
• MBO/SBO or comparable working/education level.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work weekends when operationally needed.
• Reliable, punctual, accurate and well organized.
• Positive, hands-on attitude and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to learn quickly, take responsibility and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Capable of physical warehouse work, including lifting and moving goods.
• Warehouse, logistics, food distribution or delivery experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
