Job description: Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and reliable supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, is comfortable taking responsibility, and can effectively support both staff and daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or management position
- Full-time availability
- Flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No traditional 9-to-5 mentality — willing to work according to the needs of the business
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Motivated, reliable, and responsible
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to remain professional and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions when needed
