Job description: WE ARE HIRING MULTI-BRAND DIESEL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair 4-stroke diesel engines and mechanical components across multiple brands
• Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, transmissions, and final drives.
• Repair electrical and electronic systems, including wiring harnesses, sensors, and ECMs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aerial lift platforms and marine application engines.
• Interpret technical schematics and blueprints for electrical and hydraulic repairs.
• Prepare accurate technical service reports and maintain detailed records of parts and labor.
• Execute all work in accordance with established safety procedures and time standards.
Requirements:
• Education: Associate Degree in Mechanics, Electricity, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in heavy equipment diesel mechanics.
• Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience with aerial work platforms and marine systems.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of failure analysis, hydraulic flow testing, and electronic diagnostic tools.
• Language: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals (English/Spanish).
• Soft Skills: Dynamic, responsible, proactive, and committed to high service levels.
• Availability: Willingness to perform field service and work in marine environments.
