Job description: Maintenance Technician
Location: Curaçao | Full-time
Coral & Coco vacation rentals of Curacao is looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to help keep our vacation rental properties in excellent condition. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work and resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently.
What will you do?
• Perform general maintenance and repair work.
• Troubleshoot issues with air conditioners, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Inspect properties and identify maintenance needs.
• Work closely with colleagues and external contractors when required.
Who are we looking for?
• Experience in maintenance or a technical role
• Hands-on, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good command of English and/or Dutch
