Financial & Tax Associate (HBO Level)

The Opportunity
This role is suited for individuals who want to develop into a well-rounded Financial & Tax professional and operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. You will work closely with entrepreneurs and business owners, gaining direct exposure to how real businesses operate and make financial decisions.
You will manage financial administrations with a focus on accuracy, structure, and timeliness, while gaining exposure to:
• Financial statement preparation & analysis
• Tax compliance & filings (OB, LB, Profit Tax)
• Tax reviews and due diligence
• Business Structuring & Client cases involving corrections and structuring
You will be part of a small, high-performing team working directly on client cases and real business challenges. This is an opportunity to accelerate your development by working on real business cases early in your career.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing and maintaining complete financial administrations
• Performing bank reconciliations and control checks
• Preparing and contributing to monthly financial reports
• Contribute to the preparation of Financial Statements
• Client/Account Management
• Contributing to tax-related work and compliance processes
Profile
• Completed HBO degree (Finance, Accountancy, Business Economics or similar)
• 1-3 years experience in bookkeeping accounting, or financial administration
• Affinity with taxation
• Familiar with accounting systems
• Strong analytical mindset & attention to detail
• Able to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
• Clear and professional communication
