Job description
Select Automotive is expanding its technical team and is looking for a highly skilled Diagnostic Technician to join us in delivering factory-level service across our premium automotive brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform complex electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis across multiple brands
• Diagnosing issues in the car's communication network
• Execute software coding, programming, and updates using ODIS and other OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) tools
• Apply systematic diagnostic procedures to quickly identify root causes
• Support factory escalations when required, ensuring direct alignment with OEM standards
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle electronics, ECUs, and networking
• Experience with ODIS diagnostics and programming
• Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality and following manufacturer procedures
• MBO Niveau 4 qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of Dutch and Papiamentu is a plus
