Job description: About the Role
As a Client Care Assistant, you will support daily operations by contacting and assisting clients, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the advisory team.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Follow structured phone scripts when contacting clients
- Prepare quotations and client proposals
- Review applications for completeness
- Follow up with clients on outstanding requirements
- Perform general administrative duties (scanning, copying, filing)
- Assist with social media and communication platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum VSBO level education
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with social media platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
- Fluency in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamentu
- Must have a valid Driver's License (Category B) and own transportation
