Job description: As a full time Customer Succes Agent, your primary responsibility is to provide our guests with the best possible experience from the moment they book until their next visit.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of the various online travel agents and tour operators
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Solution-oriented with a flexible and open mindset;
- Accountable and resilient;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Able to work evenings and weekends.
