Job description: As a full time Customer Succes Agent, your primary responsibility is to provide our guests with the best possible experience from the moment they book until their next visit.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of the various online travel agents and tour operators
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solution-oriented with a flexible and open mindset
- Accountable and resilient
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- A driver’s license and access to your own transportation are considered a plus
